The beer garden ambiance was definitely there. Lively music and lively workers. Lots of different options to sit and enjoy your beer. They had severs walking around offering free shots but somehow I was never offered one. I don't drink beer so I was happy they offered other cocktails. Most cocktails are mediocre at beer gardens but I really enjoyed my frozen margarita. It's probably one of best strong margarita I've had! I wish that they allow kids to stay longer than 8 pm. Maybe until 9 pm would be nice so the parents can enjoy the live music longer.

Located in Richardson's restaurant row on southbound Central Expressway (75), this place is super easy to get to. Lots of free parking out front and back. I'm not sure the outdoor beer garden will do well in Texas because frankly it's too bloody hot most of the year. The rest of the time it is either brutally cold or raining buckets. Hats off to the owners for making a go of this place anyway. I came here with a group in late October expecting the weather to be cool enough to be outside. It was in the low 80s, but it had rained hard in the days before and even the morning of the event. The ground was wet, but fortunately they have that small pea gravel everywhere so you didn't feel like you were slipping sliding in mud. All of the wooden adirondack chairs were somewhat damp, but we sat on them anyway. We had to drag them from different areas of the yard every time a new person from our party showed up. They aren't the lightest things to drag or carry. We expected the place to be empty on this particular Saturday afternoon, but it was packed with South African fans donning green and gold and cheering on their rugby team in the finals against NZ. There was a very large TV screen in the yard for people to see. The two indoor bar sections also had TVs for watching the game. Our crew came to chat and drink beer. It was loud, even outside to try to hear each other. We had one menu that our group of 10 or so passed around. The waitress in our section was good about circling back to take drink orders. I thought it was great that I didn't have to leave my credit card with the waitress. She had a portable machine for running a hold on each of our credit cards. With it, she could keep individual tabs open for all of us. No one had to worry about forgetting their card. Plus, you didn't even have to wait for the server to come back to close out your tab. Several in our party just left, and when the waitress did come back, we told her the names of people who left, and she closed out their tabs for them. That was a pretty awesome system. I didn't try the food since it was late in the day. Beer choices were good. Lots of local Texas beers available on tap. Unfortunately, no flights. All beers were a standard 16oz plastic clear cup. Safer than glass which could get broken easily or stolen. I'm sure the plastic cups make cleanup a breeze, but the environmental impact isn't good. I had a good experience here, but I'm not sure I'll be back. That will depend on the availability of good weather, which Texas frankly has too little of.

This is definitely my favorite dog-friendly beer garden in Dallas! So much pup love everywhere! Besides a tasty local craft beer selection and the best happy hour, they have great food with several delicious vegetarian options (I would highly recommend their mushroom sandwich)! Old 75 is a great place to watch live sports or enjoy live music. I hosted a smaller corporate event here (a group of coworkers and partners) and the staff was super friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be back for more! Enjoy your visit!

What else do you do on a beautiful Saturday afternoon but sit in a beer garden, listen to live music and enjoy a burger and fries. My son had the ground beef burger and I enjoyed the classic cheeseburger with fries. Both were delicious We both ordered a golden ale from TX. Nice and relaxing and Brittney was an excellent server.

Mushrooms Swiss burger was divine! Add an extra patty if you really Wanna have a foodgasm. Juicy. Buttery. Flavorful. Ordered the crinkle cut Fries and they were nice and firm and seasoned with the homemade ranch. Only negative was I saw on multiple occasions the staff playing with dogs with their work gloves on and did not discard them, which is hella unsanitary buuuut it was after I ate lol. Soooo... ya know :/ Oh and the shots were a heavy pour. Love that.

What a fun place!! I know it's been open for a few weeks already but the official grand opening is this weekend April 21-23, 2023. There were lots of people ordering their $ .75 beers and that's the price all weekend long! I came on Friday at lunch to pick up a couple of hamburgers To-Go. Radio Station 97.1, The Freak was broadcasting live while I was there. The vibe was definitely "chill" and just a great space to hang out in. Lots of yard games, a variety of seating areas, several bars and lots of bathrooms. I ordered at the bar and the guy that took my order was great! Food came out super fast. It was delicious! One of the best burgers around! The fries had a slight seasoning on them and they were very good. I can't wait to come back and enjoy some live music!
